AGAIN THE AFICAN UNION FAIL ON ZIMBABWE’S DICTATOR

 Robert Mugabe, Zimbabwe’s president, has attended an African Union (AU) summit in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, amid international condemnation of his re-election.
